Mouse data for our homeworks. These are data from real mice, 13 males and 13 females, with activity and temperature recorded from each individual every minute across 14 days. Note that data modality (i.e. activity vs temperature) are in different tabs, separated by sex.
Human date, for those feeling especially ambitious. mcPhases is a unique data set with demographics, glucose, activity, and hormone data from human women experiencing menstrual cycles. It has protections, so I cannot share the data here, but you can create an account and sign the use agreement for free here.Â
